This little rescue boys name is Kelly. Kelly had been turned in by his family to the Humane society in chattanooga. Kelly is about 8 months old current on shots and heartwork. Just as sweet and layful as he can be around adults. He is a very handsome fellow as you can see.
His sotry is he was kept on an chain outside his whole life. And he is agressive toward other dogs, andhe bit his owners 9 year old son. the supervisor of the Humane Society and the rescue workers aroundhere feel he may have beenused as dog bait in dog fights and that the 9 year old provoked him.
